Exceptional from start to finish

Our experience with Gavin is someone who will go above and beyond for both client whether they are buying or selling, he will find the time for you. My wife and I have found Gavin very pleasant and helpful, especially at a point in our lives where we were buying of first home together and guided us through a process than can be stressful and daunting. His knowledge and advice proved very invaluable when receiving the keys for our new home. While that is a small part it goes to show how dedicated he is to ensure the best outcome for all parties. Should we need the services of Real Estate Agent again Gavin has given us more confidence to deal with any situation and agent we meet. However, he will always be the first on our list for people to go to. The result we got was better than we expected. We highly recommend Gavin and the Elite Agency when you decide to buy and sell.

It was wonderful to have you with us on this journey at a difficult time with mum transitioning to a nursing home, and the subsequent sale of her home. Gavin was very accommodating and we have had an excellent outcome and timely sale. Your professionalism, knowledge and availability was always welcomed.
